In early September 2018, NPO VEI Elektroizolyatsiya, JSC participated in the National Forum and the 4th international specialized exhibition Import Substitution-2018, held at the Crocus Expo with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. In order to fulfill the Import Substitution Program initiated by the President of the Russian Federation V.Putin, the event demonstrated the development of the competitiveness potential of domestic enterprises for the production of import-substituting goods and services, their application in various sectors of the country’s economy and promotion to the international market. This year, the business agenda of the Forum was focused on solving problems of the development of high-tech industries of a full cycle, from components and materials to the final product. At the exhibition area of more than 20 00 sq.m. over 300 domestic manufacturers presented the best samples of high-quality industrial products marked “Made in Russia”.
As part of the business events of the Forum, the Consortium of leading engineering, scientific and technical organizations and manufacturers of power equipment in the Russian Federation, in which Quartz-Technologies LLC acts as the leader of the Russian side, signed an international agreement with the leader of the Consortium from the People’s Republic of China, COO Energy Equipment Company Amur-Sirius with the aim of combining technological resources, experience and competencies to create a technologically new localized production power equipment on the territory of the Russian Federation. The integrator and organizer of cooperation and promotion is RK Energostroy, Ltd. As part of the Consortium from the Russian Federation, NPO VEI Elektroizolyatsiya, JSC having many years of experience in modernizing and repairing large electric machines at the installation sites and at its own production sites, assumed the obligations of scientific and technical support of electrical engineering projects for large-scale reconstruction of generation facilities.
