At the beginning of June 2020, the company NPO VEI Elektroizolyatsiya, JSC took part in the XII All-Russian Conference “Energy Reconstruction 2020”.
The event was dedicated to the issues of the design and construction of electric power enterprises, reconstruction of power plants – thermal power plants, state district power plants, nuclear power plants and hydroelectric power stations, practical issues of modernization of turbines, boilers, burners and other power equipment, gas treatment equipment, water treatment, water purification and ecology, instrumentation and systems automation, increasing the resource, reliability and efficiency of power plants, relevant issues of import substitution and the introduction of modern auxiliary equipment – pumps, valves, compensators, protective equipment for personnel of power plants, industrial safety of energy in Russia and the CIS countries.
Due to the epidemiological situation in the world, INTECHECO LLC organized a conference in absentia format. More than 200 participants from 131 organizations of Russia, the Republic of Kazakhstan, Moldova, Belarus and the Kyrgyz Republic presented their reports, which were included in the e – archive along with presentations, booklets, magazines and information materials on the topic of the event.
The company NPO VEI Elektroizolyatsiya, JSC represented by the General Director N. Krupenin, Executive Director I.Kudryavtsev, Deputy General Director for Information Technologies V.Krupenin together with R.Polyakov, leading researcher at the REC of intelligent technologies for monitoring and diagnostics of energy-generating equipment FSBEI HE “Oryol State University named after I.S. Turgenev” presented a report with presentation materials on the theme “Concept of predictive analysis expert system of the performance of energy-generating equipment”. In their report, the authors substantiate the relevance of the transition to the management of production assets according to the actual technical condition, approved in the “Development Strategy of the Power Grid Complex of the Russian Federation”, developed by the Government of the Russian Federation. The need to implement information systems and the use of the latest technologies, such as cloud data centers, the industrial Internet of things, machine learning, neural networks and big data processing to manage energy facilities and increase the efficiency of the energy complex in the context of digitalization of industries and economies was emphasized. The report indicates that for the predictive analysis of the current state of the equipment, tools are needed for instant diagnostics of power equipment, regulations for informed decisions about the shutdown of equipment, it is also necessary to have expert communities that could share this responsibility. The authors invited the scientific community to consider the generalized architecture of the network platform for ensuring the safety of power generating equipment.
Within the framework of the unique project of the correspondence conference “ENERGY RECONSTRUCTION 2020”, held in a pandemic, the company NPO VEI Elektroizolyatsiya, JSC was able to exchange experiences and provide relevant information on innovative technologies, engineering solutions and modern equipment for power plants.
